First Addition - Lake Oswego - The city library is located in the heart of this historic neighborhood. The library is ranked amongst the country's best for a city of Lake Oswego's size. It also offers free Wi-Fi.

First Addition - Lake Oswego - Tall trees dot the neighborhood, along with cottages and bungalows 100 years old and older.

First Addition - Lake Oswego - Sporadic new construction homes are also found in First Addition, often right next door to historic counterparts.

First Addition - Lake Oswego - Forest Hills Elementary is located at the north end of the neighborhood, putting it within walking distance for people in the area.

Lakeview Village - Lake Oswego - South of First Addition, but within walking distance, Lakeview Village is home to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. It opened in November 2003.
